MRI - abdomen & pelvis observations Uterus is anteverted, atrophic Endometrial thickening noted ~9mm with indistinct borders, junctional zone disruption and invasion of more than 50% of myometrial thickness all around with no evidence of serosal invasion Invasion of cervical stroma (along central portion) and upper vagina (posterior-left lateral fornices) is seen Suggestive of stage lll B ca endometrium.
The scan result means you have a cancer of the endometrium (inner lining) of the uterus which has spread to the vagina. However, it does not have seem to spread anywhere else.
I would suggest you to see your gynaecologist immediately to discuss surgical removal options.
